Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Products that are damaged, altered, or without original packaging may not qualify for a return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at support@trackifyshop.com with your order details. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Refund Policy
After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process. Once the original item is returned and approved, we will process your exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm stock.
